The conclusion : every year, citrus growers differ from traditional marketing a number of fruits (fruits with visual imperfections, peak production ...). these abandoned citrus, including flavor and nutritional qualities are intact, producers constitute a deadweight important.
The idea : is to give a second life to these productions.
The answer : turn not valued fruit juice.
This is the reasoning that led to the creation of the company Ozia. this approach is doubly "responsible" because it reduces product loss by providing added value and support the producers by offering them new opportunities.
