These plains and its limestone plateaus are well known since centuries for the "red of Roussillon". It is a variety of apricots with high taste and aromatic qualities. It's one of the rarest fruits for which the search of terroir of exception was imposed on us. We have selected a micro-region constituted of limestone plateaus where the apricots offer us the red gold of Roussillon.
Tasting notes :
The juices are extracted following a suitable method to this variety of apricots when they reach maturity. We want to offer you a juice and not nectar preserving the delicate flavours. The juice is extracted using gentle methods and adapted to the quality of our fruits, and without adding of water, dye or sugar.
